2019 CIH Review

 

The Potomac Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the AHMP Cyber Chapter are pleased to offer the following Professional Development Opportunity

 

Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Preparatory Course

  

 

*     The course will consist of 14 sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. (Ideal for people who cannot take a class during the workday.)   The extended time also allows for more problem solving practice with instructor support.

*     The course will be held in the Silver Spring Civic Building, conveniently located near the Silver Spring Metro on the Red Line and public parking.

*     The cost is $500 for Potomac AIHA Local Section and AHMP Cyber Chapter members and $550 for non-members.  Registrations are due by February 15, 2019.

*    
Cost includes course notes, annotated sample problems, and reference e-book (Industrial Hygiene Reference & Study Guide, 3rd Ed. by Fleeger & Lillquist) are included in the price.

*     The course will require a minimum number of students be registered by February 15, 2019, to ensure that it will be conducted.

*     In order to determine the need for the technology required to allow for remote participation, the course will require a minimum number of remote students be registered by February 15, 2019.

*     Technology permitting, classes will be recorded for students to view on a limited basis with signature of a waiver not to download or distribute.
