Safety Mentorship Program – Sign up by March 15th!
Northern Virginia (NOVA) American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is thrilled to announce the launch of our cohort and welcomes you to join! As a chapter, we are dedicated to upskilling our members and supporting the next generation of safety leaders in the DC Metro. Whether you are new to the area, just starting your safety journey, or a seasoned professional ready to "help the next one in line," this program is built for you.
This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technical theory and real-world leadership in the heart of the Beltway.

• 6-month formal commitment (with the option to renew or reapply afterward).
• Mentors and mentees determine the meeting frequency and format (in-person or virtual) that works best for their specific schedules.
• For all! All DC Metro safety professionals encouraged to participate
• We will conclude the program with an in-person celebratory event to recognize your growth and networking success.

Applications are being accepted. We are looking for both dedicated Mentors and ambitious Mentees to make this first cohort a success.
